Honestly, as fun as it was building the CNC, if I were to start again, I would just buy the Fireball v90 and then slap in my motors and a controller to get started. Once I got that working, I would use it to mill a tool holder that could take something beefier than a dremel, and then use that to mill the parts for another, smaller machine.
